OUR ORIGIN STORY

Since 2016 in the Bay Area, Uji Time Dessert has been transforming traditional Japanese desserts into a tasty selcton of soft serve, ice cream, and fusion sweets. Our very first taiyaki soft serve pop-up was a smash hit thanks to our one-of-a-kind flavor combos. 🍦😋

CROSS-CULTURAL SWEETS AND EATS

Ever since, we've made it our quest to dream up craveable treats that mashup cultures and ingredients for a true Far East meets West experience. We take timeless desserts and give them our own spin with matcha, hojicha, black sesame and other Asian elements. 🐟🍵🍓

Plus, our desserts are just as fun and photogenic as they are delish. 📸 With new seasonal specials all the time, every visit promises something new for your feed and tastebuds! Our goal is simple - Think of Uji Time Dessert when you crave Japanese fusion style desserts. Uji Time Dessert regularly offers instagrammable, fun and delicious desserts and ice cream for all ages.

 

In 2022, the folks in Seattle and Albuquerque got a taste too when we brought Uji Time their way! 🚚 And we continue to seek any opportunities to serve our customers!
